Downtown

Our downtown units are in a landmark building, formerly a hotel property, in the heart of downtown Kincardine. It was originally the Queen’s Hotel and was constructed in the mid 1800’s. Today, the Bruce Steakhouse operates on the ground level and celebrating 160 years of operation this year. The former rooms of this historic hotel underwent extensive renovation, (gutted to the exterior brick walls and rebuilt new) and are now offered for apartment living with fabulous views of the harbour and our historic downtown core. Imagine being able to enjoy our famous Kincardine sunset from your patio every night while sipping a great glass of wine. If you called our downtown apartments your home, that’s just one of the many indulgences you could find yourself enjoying on a daily basis. You are a short stroll to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bistros, salons, library, art gallery, churches etc. It is one block to our main beach, harbor, historic lighthouse, tennis courts, picnic areas, children’s playground and our boardwalk and trail system.
